Operations Lead (Multi-Location)

Garden State Plaza — Paramus, NJ

Full-time$25/ hr25+

We’re looking for a hands-on team member to support operations across our toy stores and indoor playground locations. - Daily travel between multiple locations required - Must be able to work on-site across NY & NJ - Hands-on role supporting day-to-day operations

What You'll Do

  • •Manage staff schedules across locations
  • •Act as main point of contact for staff
  • •Travel between locations and support operations
  • •Assign and follow up on tasks via internal system
  • •Assist with hiring and onboarding
  • •Coordinate events, bookings, and influencer collaborations
  • •Support basic social media/content efforts

Seeking a Sales Associate to assist customers, manage checkout, and support day-to-day retail operations.

Full-time, open availability required

What You'll Do

  • •Greet customers and operate the point-of-sale register
  • •Process retail transactions, gift receipts, and returns
  • •Assist shoppers in finding products and making gift recommendations
  • •Help with merchandising, product displays, and window setups (training available)
  • •Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
  • •Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
  • •Follow store policies and loss prevention guidelines
  • •Support the team with additional tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

  • •Must be at least 18 years old
  • •Open availability required, including weekends and holidays
