Real International is a family-owned company operating five Toy Republic retail stores in Paramus, West Nyack, and Poughkeepsie, along with one PlayFunia indoor playground in Albany.
We're looking for a hands-on Team Lead to support daily operations across our locations. This role is responsible for scheduling, employee accountability, hiring, onboarding, operational follow-up, and maintaining company standards while helping our growing business continue to succeed.

What You'll Do
•Create and manage employee schedules
•Lead and support a team of 15–20 employees
